Returns Policy

Reflection period

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. This means that you can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns that arrive after this period cannot be accepted. Since we work with a distribution center, we unfortunately cannot make exceptions to our returns policy.

Condition of the return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (free of odors, traces of makeup, unworn, unwashed and unused). It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where refunds will not be given:

• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged;
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery;
• Any item returned without a hang tag;

Exchange

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? That's no problem! Send an email to infoladonclothing@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you. Please note that return costs are your own responsibility, but we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

How to return?

You can return an item via the link below. We cannot accept returns that have not been pre-registered via the link below. The costs for returns within the Netherlands are EUR 6.95. The costs for returns outside the Netherlands are EUR 13.

Item received defective

Have you received a defective item? Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Processing time

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt. Due to busy times, processing time may currently be longer than normal. We apologize for the inconvenience! For questions or updates you can always email infoladonclothing@gmail.com.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return. The refund will be made to the same account with which the order was placed. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your bank account after you receive the confirmation email.
